Welcome in the new year with a three-course, prix-fixe dinner with curated wine pairings. Running from 5 to 9 p.m. begin with the classic jumbo shrimp cocktail, served with a cocktail sauce and lemon paired with the Chandon Brut Rosé. Continue to with the gourmet filet mignon Oscar, served with jumbo lump crabmeat, potatoes au gratin, asparagus, and a bearnaise sauce paired perfectly with the Clos de Los Siete, a full-bodied Malbec wine. Finally, indulge in the s’mores pavlova, with layers of graham cracker, chocolate cake, and spiced chocolate sauce along with a sparkling Kir Royale. The New Year’s Eve prix-fixe dinner and wine pairing is $110 per person. The Clubhouse’s regular menu will also be available to enjoy. Reservations recommended.
